Supporting well-being in everyday life.

Health and wellness at Franklin Park Senior Living are not about rigid programs or routines. They are about creating an environment where it feels natural to stay active, connected, and supported.

From fitness opportunities and wellness activities to access to local medical care and thoughtful nutrition, our approach is designed to support physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in ways that fit comfortably into daily life.

Maintaining clean and safe environments

At Franklin Park, resident health and safety come first. That’s why we partner with R-Water, using non-toxic, hospital-grade cleaning solutions instead of harsh chemicals. These products improve indoor air quality, are safe for people, pets, and the environment, and disinfect up to 10 times faster, killing harmful bacteria such as Staph/MRSA and C. diff.

R-Water products also dry quickly to reduce slip risks, work across multiple surfaces for efficient cleaning, and use less water, supporting our commitment to sustainability.

Through this partnership, Franklin Park continues to provide cleaner, safer senior living communities while caring for the world around us.

Staying active and engaged

Each Franklin Park community offers on-site fitness centers and a variety of ways to stay active. Residents may participate in classes or follow independent routines using treadmills, recumbent bikes, free weights, and other equipment. Some communities also offer swimming pools and water-based fitness programs.

Staying active is encouraged, but never required. The goal is to make movement feel accessible, enjoyable, and supportive.

Living well, in every sense of the word

We know wellness extends beyond physical activity. Our senior living communities offer opportunities that support mental, social, and spiritual well-being through a rotating calendar of events, gatherings, and programs that foster connection, reflection, and engagement.

Our chefs create meals using fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation, with attention to dietary needs and health considerations. Menus can be personalized, offering both traditional flavors and nutrition-conscious options that support individual preferences and wellness goals.

This holistic approach helps residents maintain a sense of balance and fulfillment in everyday life.

Access to medical care

Franklin Park communities are intentionally located near leading medical providers, helping make everyday healthcare simpler and more accessible. For non-emergency needs, residents have access to a network of independent local health professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physician assistants.

Our team is available to assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation when needed, removing common barriers to care. Many providers also offer house calls, giving residents the option to receive medical attention in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, adding an extra layer of convenience, comfort, and peace of mind.
